As a second-generation Hmong American, I grew up watching my parents navigate a country, language, and financial system that were unfamiliar to them. Like many immigrant families, they sacrificed comfort, security, and familiarity so their children could have opportunities they never had.
Their journey became the foundation for mine.
Today, my mission is to document and share the journey of building generational wealth through real estate, stewardship, faith, and lifelong learning so that others—especially children of immigrants and future generations—can better understand the opportunities available to them.
I do not claim to have all the answers.
I am still learning, growing, making mistakes, and discovering new lessons along the way.
Through storytelling, education, personal reflection, and real-life experiences, I hope to illuminate a path that was not always visible to those who came before me. My goal is to help others understand that wealth-building is possible, ownership matters, and legacy is built one decision at a time.
This website is not simply about real estate.
It is about stewardship.
It is about honoring the sacrifices of those who came before us.
It is about learning how to create opportunities for those who come after us.
It is about faith, family, purpose, and the responsibility that comes with being entrusted with more.
Most importantly, it is about documenting the journey—not just the successes, but also the lessons, challenges, setbacks, and growth that shape us along the way.
This is the story of learning how to build something that lasts.
And bringing others along for the journey.
I was pregnant with my third child, Melody, at this time in 2022. Since this photo was taken, we've gained an additional three members: Melody, Gabriel (mine) and Nova (Chue's).
