I recently had an epiphany, in which I realized that I have let myself down. Being a wife, mother of young children, and running a real estate business makes it easy to forget my purpose: to take care of me so I can better take care of my family, loved ones and clients.
Today I had my first coaching session with Michele Huntley who is a very successful woman and business owner. I won the free one month of 1-on-1 coaching through a monthly Zoom call that my fellow business partner at eXp, Zer Her, hosted. This is a tremendous opportunity and reward!
I had a powerful shift in perspective, recognizing that my real estate business needs to fit into my life—not the other way around. I have to recognize things for what they are. What I discovered in my session was truly ground breaking! As both a full-time mom and part-time realtor, I am the essential foundation of my home. So Michele and I explored various strategies to help me manage my daily activities while prioritizing what matters most: me, family, and then my business. This ordering of time is crucial. When I put myself and my family first, then thoughtfully fit business into my life, I'll experience a profound difference.
I am ready to feel more accomplished, genuinely fulfilled, and fully present for both my loved ones and my clients. This balanced approach isn't just good business—it's essential for my wellbeing and long-term success.
Let's go! Come join me on my journey!
